• Amy Lerza – Involved in unauthorized patient account creation on the Medical Marijuana Use Registry (MMUR), fraudulent billing practices, and spreading false information about Live Forever Health.
• Brittany Newberry-Perslin – Connected to fraudulent activities currently under investigation.
• Nick Perslin – Impersonating Kenneth Andronico on patient calls and misleading patients with false information.
• Lee Ann Andronico – Associated with ongoing fraudulent practices under legal review.
  Basis of the Lawsuit
  The lawsuit against these individuals includes claims of:
• Defamation and Slander: For disseminating false, damaging statements about Live Forever Health that have harmed our company’s reputation and created patient mistrust.
• Misappropriation of Proprietary Information: For unlawfully accessing and misusing patient records and confidential information acquired as part of our legitimate purchase of RejuvaMed. This includes theft of patient lists that were legally obtained and fully paid for by Live Forever Health during the acquisition process.
